August ASB Formal Meeting
Position Assessment: In my position I’ve been helping with the Back To School Dance, planned the Club Showcase, and assisted the Black Light Rally. For the Back To School Dance we began planning at the end of July with Morty already having taken care of the DJ. I ordered decorations and requested water bottles from SaveMart. I also put in announcement forms and cash box forms for the dance. The day of the dance I helped create balloon clusters for decorations and set up the dance. After the dance, we cleaned up and discussed pros and cons of the event which will allow for an even better dance next year. As for the Club Showcase, this was a completely new event that we put on this year. After clubs expressed interest at the club committee meeting for Club Showcase, I began organizing the event. Morty got in touch with LG for tables and chairs. We put in announcements and social media posts for this event. I then organized the clubs in different areas and set up the tables and chairs. Communication with the clubs was key during this event. As for the Black Light Rally, I contributed by being in the rally, finding 4 people for the Red and White and Neon part of the Fashion Show, and organizing the Fall Sports Captains. For the captains I simply contacted each sport, figured out their captains, and then had them walk down the runway in their uniforms. Outside of specific events, I created Special Committees for the Black Light Rally, I created a seating chart for the class, I handled conflicts as they came and went, and I helped to communicate as best as possible with everyone in the class whether through text, face to face communication, or through a committee leader.
Standing Committee: For Standing Committees I’m a part of the balloon arch committee. We made a large, colorful balloon arch for the Black Light Rally. This balloon arch included 32 non helium stacks and 22 helium stacks. This went surprisingly well however, it did take us longer than expected. This committee also attempted a balloon arch for the Back To School Dance however, due to popping balloons, we were unable to create stacks of any kind. Instead, we created balloon clusters which we put on the stage for decorations. Although this was not ideal, we worked with what we had and adapted.
Special Committee: I created the Special Committees for the Black Light Rally, assigned one Committee Leader, created a to-do list for each committee to review, and provided support wherever it was needed. I also was directly a part of the Colored Tape Committee which included cutting colored tape for each student according to their class color, organizing tape according to the 4th period teacher, and then passing out these pieces of tape. I helped to organize the tape according to the 4th period teacher and ensured each teacher had colored tape.
Mentorship Evaluation: This month I did not fulfill my duties as a mentor. Mia and I have not had an opportunity to meet outside of class. I have checked up on her and been available whenever she needs it but I need to make a better effort of meeting with her outside of class. Besides that factor, I’ve helped her construct her website and given her advice on various aspects of the class.
Concern: Maturity. This class is a lot of fun and makes work a little better, however, they haven’t quite mastered when to focus and when to mess around. I addressed it during class and am hoping it is resolved but I won’t know for a while. I often find myself explaining things twice because people weren’t listening, we’re talking, messing around, or simply on their phones. My other concern is tensions within the class officers. Two classes have been having issues with each other and we haven’t even come close to Homecoming stress and the pressure is already on. I hope to get this resolved before the end of September when all hell breaks loose,
Positive Comment: This class responds really well to corrections. Typically, when I explain a change that needs to happen people are quick to apologize and fix their mistake. My favorite part about this is the responsibility that is being taken. I’ve never seen a class own up to mistakes so quickly. I’m very happy with how honest they have been with me and I hope this continues as the roller coaster continues to fluctuate up and down.
One Change: One change I would like to see is more effort put towards communications between the positions. Class officers seem to not be able to communicate super effectively, commissioners seem to be struggling, even ASB could communicate better. I often have people come up to me and ask questions that I can’t answer because I haven’t been informed or their President or Commissioners should be communicating better.
My Impact: On the same topic of communication, I’ve tried really hard to convey the expectations of the class. Whether this is through reminders, checklists, or announcements in class. I’m hoping I made an impact by trying to be as transparent as possible. My impact was on this class to try and make everyone’s life a little less stressful and a little more structured

October ASB Formal Meeting

October ASB Formal Meeting
Position Assessment: From September to October I’ve been a busy busy gal. All of September we were prepping for Homecoming 2022. Throughout this time I made several committees for the class detailing their responsibilities and expectations. These committees included Publicity, Pep Rally Set Up, Decorations, Coronations, among others. I also started working for the Coronation Committee with Ochoa. This included everything from ordering royalty supplies from Andersons to decorating the field the night of coronation. I will discuss more of this committee in the special committee section of the report. Within this time I also helped the senior class in the Night Rally Lip Sync and the float decorations. I also developed a lesson plan which I hope to execute this Wednesday on being the best version of yourself everyday. Lastly, I tried my best to smooth out struggles and issues within the class. Although I may not be perfect, I tried to give the best advice I could and keep kindness in mind while I went about dealing with these issues.
Standing Committee: The balloon crew has been busy the past month. We made a balloon arch for the Pep Rally for Homecoming to support our Homecoming Candidates. We also made 2 balloon pillars and a balloon garland for the night of coronation. This required us to purchase 300 white balloons, 200 red balloons, and 200 gold balloons. These balloons arches and pillars took some time to create and although we ran into some issues, everything got done and got done well.
Special Committee: The monster of the coronation committee. I could’ve sworn this was going to be the thing that put me 6 ft deep. I started with creating the committee and put together the list of things that needed to be accomplished. I then contacted Ochoa in hopes of setting up a meeting to get things started. Once we had a meeting I contacted LJ about tables and risers for the Pep Rally and for Coronation, at the same time I assigned people to riser duty. We decided to use records as our method of reveal (King and Queen gets gold records, everyone else gets silver records). We had Felver dress as Elvis to pass out the records and then had Ulrich crown the King and Queen. We also had a balloon arch made for the Pep Rally where I revealed Ulrich to be our Grand Marshal and Rangel announced our Homecoming court. Throughout the first few weeks I ordered all the supplies from Amazon and Andersons to ensure that we were prepared. The night of coronation we had balloon pillars and a balloon garland made while we decorated the field and the risers. The next day we decorated the Golf Cart for the King and Queen to take a victory lap around. Although there were bumps in the road, I know I had fun and I’m confident that others in the committee also had fun. We put together an amazing Coronation and I will not let anyone tell me differently.
Mentorship Evaluation: I believe Mia has really stepped up in the program. She is still a little shy and a little quiet but I believe that’s normal Freshman behavior. She is focused and driven. I believe she will continue to do great things in this program if that is the route she decides to take. I’m very proud of how far she’s come and I can’t wait to see what else she is going to accomplish. I am going to push her more these next few months just to see how much she can improve.
Concern: Boy, oh boy. My first concern is that people are choosing to not be the best version of themselves. This is a simple act that has affected our program so much, myself included. People are choosing to lie, gossip, and be unkind instead of simply not saying anything at all. This has caused so much turmoil in the class. Class fighting, officers fighting, everyone in class can feel the tensions. This is not a positive work environment, hence the need for the lesson on Wednesday. Continuing with that I feel that everyone needs to take a second to think through a situation before responding. This includes making assumptions or jumping to conclusions within situations. If we could avoid emotional reactions or acting the moment something happens I believe a lot of conflict and miscommunication could also be avoided. Another point I would like to mention is that most of the issues that occur are not that deep! Most of it is useless high school drama in which someone’s ego gets hurt (I am guilty of this as well). Ultimately, most of this drama will not matter after we graduate high school. I realized this and will not let this petty drama affect my mindset anymore.
Positive Comment: I am proud of this class's ability to work through obstacles and difficulties. No matter what was happening, for the most part, our classes worked through it and were still able to be successful through Homecoming. This shows the determination and work ethic of our class this year and the overwhelming potential of this class. If we are able to eliminate the egos and issues within this class, we could do amazing things.
One Change: One change I wish to make is gossip. Inside the class, outside the class, the gossip has gotten so beyond toxic. We are talking badly about each other, the program, and our own events. I have a presentation with a video and homework assignment in hopes of changing this. I hope some parts of this presentation will stick and really change this class for the better.
My Impact: I’ve been trying to be a support system for the class. I know we have our rank and support but many people do not go to their person for conflicts, a lot come straight to me. I’ve been making my best effort to be there for this class whenever they are struggling. I provide the best advice I can and always try to remind them to be the best version of themselves no matter anyone else’s actions. I want to be a good role model and someone this class can trust. I hope they feel this way and feel comfortable talking to me. At the same time, I need to be more careful of my own mental health when trying to help others. I noticed a decline in my mental health these past few weeks because I've been so worried about others' opinions, gossip, drama, if I was giving good advice. The moral of the story is that I want to impact my class by being someone they can trust and feel comfortable with but also need to take care of myself.

December ASB Formal Meeting
Makenzie Loechler
ASB President
December 13, 2022
Position Assessment: As ASB President from November to December its been busy as per usual. Starting November we had our annual Dude, Be Nice event which was run by our junior class officers. I assisted the Juniors by revealing our Dudette at the rally and also creating kindness balloons to give to teachers. Balloon crew also blew up balloons for a few clubs as a gift to our Dudette. After Dude, Be Nice Mortys birthday approached and I put together a special little gift for Morty which included statements of gratitude from people within the Leadership class. Morty almost killed me for this. Soon after, on November 18, the Leadership class participated in the VP project of giving back to the community. We worked with Love Ripon and Mr. Hobbs to do some chores around not only the High School but also a few Elementary schools. Personally, I helped beautify the High School football field with Mr. Hobbs by laying new bricks. After Thanksgiving break, Yearbook held their annual theme reveal rally which also included the senior superlatives. I helped by ordering 21/42 red carnations from Main Street Floral. After the Yearbook rally we went straight into Warm and Fuzzy which the ASB team and the Freshman have been working on since the end of October. I unfortunately was out sick for this week but I assisted beforehand by helping the Freshman with social media posts, guidance in running the event, and getting the candy canes and marshmallows for the rally. I also communicated with the Esports team in hopes of having them at the rally. During this time we also decorated the doors to each classroom with wrapping paper, a personalized bow, and a tag. I filled out the paperwork, Morty picked up the wrapping paper, and I then graded the work of everyone’s bows and doors. Everything ran smoothly this year and there was a big improvement from last year. Individually I also created a social media post to highlight Dillan Saltsman for getting a full ride scholarship to Stanford, ordered royalty supplies for WinterFest, and participated in our class tree. ASB had hopes of creating a holiday tree but due to my sickness we were unable to do so. As an ASB team we also presented our application for the National Student Council of Excellence Award to Mr. Rangel worked towards getting everything prepared for the upcoming interviews. Next up I have to finish creating my speech presentation, turn in my leadership final, and get my Secret Santa taken care of!
Standing Committee: As a part of the balloon crew I’ve been involved in various tasks recently. Starting with Dude, Be Nice we created kindness balloons for teachers to pass out to students who showed outstanding kindness as well as balloons for various clubs to give to our Dudette. After Dude, Be Nice, the balloon crew had a little break until the Yearbook rally. We assisted by creating a small balloon arch the morning of the rally. The helium tank still has a good amount of helium in it and we have plenty of balloons to last us through the end of the year!
Special Committee: A standing committee the entire class was involved in was the door decorating that took place on December 4th at 2pm. I had help from the Freshmen Representative for this project. I had the Freshmen create the door decorating groups and then from there I picked a team leader and altered the groups if needed. From there I filled out the PO for the wrapping paper and Morty graciously picked it up for us! I then surveyed all the classroom doors at the High School and assigned various doors to the 10 groups. We had class time to cut out the wrapping paper according to the measurements of the door, create the personalized bows, and cut out the tags. I collected the bows and looked them over and ensure they were of a good quality and passed them back the day of the decorating. The doors, in total, took about 2 hours to complete and I did a final look through the doors to ensure the quality of those as well. Overall, I was very impressed with the effort put into the doors this year, I believe it was an improvement from last year and hope that this project only gets easier as I know it spreads spirit throughout the campus. Someone brought up the idea of including Link Crew in the door decorating and I think that’s a great idea…maybe next year!
Mentorship Evaluation: Mia has really put her head down and got to work, especially the past couple of weeks. She doesn't get distracted easily and whenever we are given the chance to have a work day she uses it to her fullest potential. She works hard and I can tell she wants to stay in this program. I believe she is slowly developing into a strong leader and could be a force to be reckoned with as long as she stays confident in who she is and works hard. She has great potential. I can't wait to see her fully come out of her shell and take the lead. I hope to see her in the program next year and think a new position would do her well!
Concerns: Distractions are my main concern. This class is really close which is a blessing and a curse. Work days can get rough sometimes and I often find myself having to keep certain people on task. I hope it's just because everyone needs a break from school. Teachers are relentless right now. I don’t think I have a single teacher who has assigned less than 4 assignments this week alone…and its Tuesday. Sometimes, students just need a mental break. Hopefully this mental break doesn’t continue into the next semester!
Positive comment: I’m really proud of the effort put into the door decorating this year. The expectation was given and people delivered. Obviously the doors weren’t perfect but I was looking more for improvement than perfection. Who knew wrapping doors in wrapping paper could be so difficult? However, I can tell people really put time and effort into wrapping the doors and personalizing the bows. I’m a proud ASB President for that moment.
One change: One change I would make is switching the mentors half way through the year. I believe it would be beneficial to work with new people and create a bond with others within the class. This also works to spread the wealth of Leadership knowledge. I think it could not only benefit the class, but also get them excited for the new semester…change is exciting. Morty, maybe we could talk about if this is a possibility sometime!
My Impact: This quarter, after evals, I tried my best to address the issues people brought up and fix what I could. With that being said, I hope the class can see me as an ally before an ASB President. I don’t want people to be afraid of me or be nervous to talk to me. I’m supposed to be a resource for them and I hope they feel I have been as it was one of my goals this quarter. Therefore, My Impact was to be a resource, in any sort of way, for those around me!

Position Assessment: Since December I’ve gotten even busier. Starting with WinterFest, we planned multiple competitions, a rally, and a night rally. I was supposed to participate in the dance but unfortunately got sick the morning of the dance. I stepped in and helped rally but on the WinterFest rally and also helped tape up the bleacher decorations. I also have started working on various projects Morty has assigned including 8th grade recruitment, dry cleaning the curtains, Leadership Interviews, The Challenge, and the Almond Blossom Parking lot. Currently, we’ve completed ⅗ of the elementary schools when it comes to 8th grade recruitment. This event included making a presentation, forming groups, bringing applications to the elementary schools and convincing students to join Leadership as a Freshman. Ximena is my trainee for dry cleaning the curtains and we still need to find a day to count the curtains, get a quote, and take them to get dry cleaned. As for Leadership interviews for next year's class, we’ve finalized the list of questions and sent in our orders for lunch that day. As for the challenge, I have the outlined plan and know what we want to do but I’m waiting for the week Morty is gone to plan it with the class. Moving on to the Almond Blossom Parking lot, I signed up for my day to help with the parking lot for both Leadership and Ripon Sober Grad. I also think I’m going to randomly FaceTime people while they’re on their shift to make sure everyone is there. I also need to start planning for the Leadership Banquet which will happen at the end of the year.
Standing Committee: Going down the list of standing committees I’m going to start with Dodgeball. Although I’m not planning this event I will help out by signing up for a day to pick up trash and clean up after the games that day. Elections are another standing committee. For this committee I collected food orders for the day of interviews and worked with the interview panel to create the questions. When interviews come, I plan to use a large board to help sort everything out and plan next year's class. As for the strong and sturdy balloon crew. We haven’t done much in January with the balloons but I know there are many projects in our future that will require our work and attention. Some of these include tribe awards and college reveal night. This committee isn’t on the list but I have to keep in mind the Leadership banquet and all the work that has to be done to make it successful.
Special Committee: Starting with 8th grade recruitment day, we’ve completed 3 out of the 5 elementary schools. We had a few bumps in the road with the scheduling of the presentation but otherwise everything has run smoothly thus far. I created the presentation and had Morty print the applications. I then assigned the seniors to schools and gave them times and dates. I’ve also been talking about 8th grade recruitments at the site council meetings. I really want our numbers to improve from last year. The challenge is also a special committee. We are planning on providing a few of giving back to the community and I have a few routes we could take. We’re also planning on having the back to school dance which I hope is better than ever. Dry cleaning the curtains is also a special committee. This work will only take a few days but my goal is to have it done by the end of February. Ximena and I need to count the curtains and take them to the local dry cleaners to get a quote on the curtains.
Mentorship Evaluation: Kylee and I went to Isabel's Cafe for lunch and just talked for a while. I asked her about elections and her future plans, what classes she wants to take in the future, and gave her advice where I could. Being a freshman and having to go to lunch with a senior is not an easy task but I really tried my best to make her as comfortable as possible. She told me a few of her concerns and what she’s nervous for in the future and I remember going through those exact same feelings as a freshman. It’s weird to think that just 4 years ago I was in the same position as her. Time flies by.
Concerns: My concern is for next year's class. Hearing who’s running for certain positions makes me anxious because I know the decisions are going to be difficult. I want everyone to succeed but I don’t know who’s going to step forward and take on that position. I worry that the Leadership next year won’t be strong enough to handle conflicts and disagreements. I hope for everyone’s sake that someone steps up.
Positive Comment: I’m proud of the class for not completely giving up after the 1st semester. I feel everyone is still excited and happy to be in Leadership. A few may be burnt out but overall the work ethic is still strong. People still mess around and goof off but who doesn’t? Sometimes all you need is a little fun and relaxation. I trust that everything will get done and be executed properly so I’m not worried about this year's class whatsoever.
One Change: One change I would like to see is less stress. The semester is coming to an end, the weather is starting to get better, and people are happier. Stress only kills and I don’t think it's necessary to be stressing about events. I have an idea that approaching events more relaxed and happy will lead to better events and better results. Of course this is a hard thing to test since those in Leadership are typically stressed. I want everyone to end the year on a good note regardless of elections, events, or opinions from others.
My Impact: My impact in this report is to try and ease the stress off of many in the class. Whether that’s a shoulder to cry on, help on an event, or even just advice for the future. My goal is to help those around me as much as possible. I only have a few more months left in high school and it's important to me to do good in the little time I have left. I hope to leave a positive impact and be a good role model to those around me for the next 4 months

March ASB Report

March ASB Report
- I’ve been placed on the Elections Committee, 8th Grade Recruitment Committee, The Challenge Committee, the Dry Cleaning Committee, and the Almond Blossom Parking Lot Committee. As for Elections, I helped to create questions, order lunch and dinner, and conduct interviews. The majority of the Leadership class has been chosen for next year minus the Freshman Representative positions which will be decided on March 18th. The 8th Grade Recruitment Committee has been completed as the presentations for each 8th grade class have been given as well as the application packet passed out to each 8th grader. For this committee I worked to create the presentation, organize the day of the presentation with each elementary school, and ensure each senior giving the presentation was prepared. Ximena and I have yet to have a chance to get to the curtains however my goal is to have them done by the end of March, if time allows. As for the Almond Blossom Parking Lot I helped to ensure each student was at their shift and communicated with students who would be unable to attend their shifts. As for The Challenge, I worked to outline the whole challenge, assigned committee leads, provided paperwork and advice, and ensured each student had a slide in the presentation and were able to present. I didn’t join a specific committee within The Challenge simply because I did not want to give bias towards one committee so instead I decided to oversee each committee. I’ve kept amazing communication and attention with each committee and I’m very proud of the work they’ve accomplished. I outlined each aspect of The Challenge and from there the students added what they felt was necessary. I also created the entire slideshow and shared with everyone so they could insert their content. It’s been a very busy week to say the least.
- Starting last week I began emailing 8th grade teachers in regard to the gift to community, I got lists organized for the gift to teachers and gift to staff committees, and I contacted clubs concerning the gift to students. I also created a Google document with checklist outlined for each committee concerning what was due and when. I then assigned Leads to each committee who I would directly be communicating with in regards to the status of the committee. I have also been collecting, organizing, and signed paperwork where necessary. Additionally, I created the presentation, assigned each person a slide, and shared it with the class. From there, I explained the requirements and standards of the presentation that would take place on March 6th. Finally, I’ve been contributing to committees that needed the most help.
- I will be in charge of The Challenge as a whole in both success and failure. Although others may be in charge of committees, the failure of The Challenge is on my shoulders. I love the idea that as a leader you take none of the recognition and all of the blame because at the end of the day, IF The Challenge fails it’s my fault. However, with that being said, I've been helping each committee where it's needed whether that advice, and explanation, filling out paperwork, or helping to plan certain aspects of The Challenge. So to conclude, I’m in charge of the success of The Challenge.
- I was beyond impressed with the class and their work this week. Lots of quality work was done and many people went above and beyond my expectations. I was nervous about this week however aster seeing the results the class yielded, I am both impressed and proud of the work they have put into this week. I don’t think I saw a single person screwing around during this week as I monitored each group and the work they were producing.
- The ONLY con I saw was the volume of the class. I expectated the class to be loud as people were sharing ideas and brainstorming, however at times it got a little too loud and they had to be reminded to quiet down. However, I believe that is a very small and insignificant con when it comes to everything that could have possibly gone wrong. Everyone was on task and producing quality work the entire week.
- I will be introducing The Challenge and explaining to both Mr. Hobbs and Mrs. Mortensen what various paperwork and items they have sitting in front of them. This will include Praises, A-Z Coloring Book, detailed notes from each committee within The Challenge, and paperwork that needs to be signed and turned in,
- I am VERY excited about this event. Every committee has been very thorough in not only their communication but also their progress within the committee. We are adding new aspects to The Challenge and trying a few new things out which is beyond exciting. I have no doubt in my mind that we will be successful in what we plan to do and what we plan to accomplish within our school and the community. I believe Mrs. Mortensen will be impressed with what the Leadership class has come up with concerning this event.
- I have no doubt in my mind that we will be successful. This is a very hard thing for me to say as I am a realist and consistently look for what could actually happen and any backups that could be needed. However, the committees have eased my worries and reassured me that everything is on track. Even if we face obstacles, which I’m sure we will, I have no doubt we will be able to recover, change, or move things to make this event successful. On top of that, my determination and drive to see this event through will eb s driving factor of the success of this event if anything were to go wrong.
- I believe if peers did not fulfill their jobs they should take a personal hit to their grade when this event is put into the grade book. I believe their grade will reflect their effort, attitude, and willingness to help throughout the process of this event.
- I am most excited for the Gift to the Community. I’m not sure if this is a new aspect but I know in my previous years of Leadership we have not included a Gift to the Community. I think it's important to add our community to this event, as much of the support for our program comes from our community. Time and time again we experience disrespect from the student body when they talk badly of our events or are childish during them. We experience disrespect from teachers who refuse to let us complete our jobs and make this campus better. We experience disrespect from staff that refuse to answer our emails or are difficult to work with when trying to plan events. Yet we always include these groups in our gift back to these various groups. Our community loves the events we put on, whether its Homecoming, PowderPuff, WinterFest, or Every 15 Minutes. Of course, we receive backlash from students' parents but I believe the community offers a lot of support towards our program and they deserve to be included in our gift back. Hence, the reason I’m excited for this specific committee this year!
May ASB Report

Position: ASB President
Date: May 8, 2023
Position Assessment: Over the past couple weeks I’ve been trying to grind out the rest of the year. I took over the College Reveal event after we had a person drop the class and began working on that. From ordering the pizza, to communicating with Morty, its been a group effort to ensure this event runs smoothly. Additionally, I’ve been working on the Leadership Banquet, organizing names and parties, ordering decorations, ordering pictures. The banquet is going to be great this year and I’m excited to be able to celebrate this year with them. I have also been checking in with the class regarding The Challenge, ordered the tacos from Mexican Meat Market, and have been working on getting funding for tacos. Everyone has reported that they are up to date and ready to go for the challenge. Other than that I’ve been helping Jenna and giving her advice for next year. I’m ready to wrap up this school year!
Standing Committee: Ballon crew hasn’t been super busy as of recently however we did help put together a balloon design for Tribe Awards. We are creating a large balloon arch for College Reveal and possibly another for the banquet. We will probably need to order more helium as the year ends to ensure next year starts on a good note.
Special Committee: The Challenge is going amazing! Each group leader has reported that they are ready to go for the next couple weeks and all kinks have been worked out in the projects. We’ll see if the effort they put in translates to the product. Additionally, the curtains are done!! Ximena and I collected all the curtains and took them to the dry cleaner. I then filled out a PO, dropped off the curtains and picked them up about a week later.
Mentorship Evaluation: Due to all the craziness, Kylee and I haven’t had time to sit down and talk. Her and I schedules are so different and I honestly forget about this all the time. I have answered more and more questions from the Freshman which gives me hope for them next year!
Concern: I’m concerned about The Challenge simply for the execution. The preparation has been great so far and I’m confident in my team but I’m worried about any obstacles that may come up. Also the tacos are stressing me out because I have to find $1,100 to pay for the tacos.
Positive Comment: My positive comment is for MINA! I love that kid. He has stepped up so much the past couple weeks especially with The Challenge. He took charge of the day I put him in charge of and ran with it. He’s been communicating amazingly and I see great things for him in the future. I couldn’t be more proud of the work he’s put into this program.
Change: One change I would make is my own senioritis. It really is crippling me right now. I know I have to finish strong but I’m so close to graduation that everything seems a little less important. Besides leadership events, those are stressing me out beyond belief.
Impact: My impact is to boost the morale of the class before the end of the year. This time can be the most stressful but can also be the most fun. I hope to make sure everyone is having fun and knows how much I appreciate them. I hope to accomplish this through my farewells and final round of evals.
